CONCRETE CAPITAL

Navigating Complexity With Clarity

Concrete Capital bridges institutional governance and real-assets expertise:

Independent advice for pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, social impact organisations and private investors making complex allocation decisions.

Institutional Advisory

Supporting investment committees, investment teams, family offices, and private investors with strategy, governance, and sector expertise.

Direct Mandates

Helping organisations invest into real assets across Asia Pacific, the US, UK, and EU markets — with hands-on execution and global networks.

Board Roles

Representing pension funds or institutional investors on investment vehicles, JVs, or platforms — Non-Executive or Executive. Also the boards of social impact organisations.

What We Do

Most advisors specialise in either governance or assets. Concrete Capital specialises in both.

We bring deep experience in real assets; infrastructure, logistics, housing, urban development and social impact, together with institutional governance expertise across pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and board mandates.

The result: independent, conflict-free advice from someone who can sit at your investment committee table and speak fluently about high level governance, allocation strategy and asset-level execution.

Built on institutional experience

Founded by Natasha French, Concrete Capital was created to close a gap in the market: advisors who understand both how capital is allocated and how real assets are actually delivered. Natasha has led develop-to-core strategies, negotiated landmark logistics and housing transactions, and represented pension funds on the boards of major investment vehicles across Australasia, Asia, Europe, the US, and the UK.
